Join us if you feel the desire to soften the painful charge of your past experiences & bring healing to the wounded parts of yourself!
Life offers us diverse experiences, some of which result in psycho-emotional wounds that can stay trapped in our bodies for decades unless we heal them. Often times when we get hurt, we try to distance ourselves from the pain and bury it as deep as possible. However, unhealed wounds keep us in a cycle of reliving the traumatic past events.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to an empowering practice called Psychosomatic Journey® and learn about the essential elements that support the process of healing. The purpose of this practice is to recover a sense of inner wholeness and peace by befriending and healing the parts of ourselves that have been hurt, neglected, silenced, and betrayed.
By the end of this presentation, you will be familiar with the necessary steps on how to create an alternative experience of the painful past event that promotes a sense of resolution, healing, and supports the release of heavy emotions trapped in the body.
Meet the host of this workshop: Laura Normile earned a Master of Arts degree in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, in San Francisco. Her passion for exploring new ways of healing and devotion to alleviating suffering inspired the creation of a holistic practice called Psychosomatic Journey. Laura offers guidance to individuals interested in using the creative power of their consciousness and imagination to heal the impact of traumatic events and bring a sense of resolution with the past.
The purpose of her practice is to help her clients reclaim their innate capacity to heal themselves and offer wounded parts of themselves empowering and transformative experiences that facilitate their integration.
