1.Mental Wellness Meet-up
Meets every 1st Wednesday of the month 6-7pm on Google Meets hosted by Tatijana. This meet-up gives individuals a chance to meet new people, get insightful tips, share experiences and stories, and spread awareness of mental health. This is a safe and supportive platform for all humans to express ourselves and evolve into the beautiful souls we were born to be.
Each meeting is an hour long and focuses on a different topic each month to broaden perspective, increase coping strategies, and build a sense of community. The meet-up focuses on bringing the community together to discuss mental health awareness, coping strategies, networking opportunities, and education. Families, Practioners, and Community Members welcomed!!
We create a safe space for all humans to become more comfortable accessing and talking about mental wellness. It's impactful when you are with others who are further along their road to recovery and who are making great strides toward having healthier lives.

Meet-ups held every 2nd Mondays 6-7pm hosted by Dandelion Collaborative. As if loss isn’t difficult enough, with loss also comes grief - a complex, heavy, and often misunderstood clutter of emotions. Dark Moon Grief Gathering is a safe, open, and accessible space to explore grief holistically, in community, without any expectations. Amy, Founder of Dandelion Collaborative, will facilitate discussions, meditations, rituals, or other therapeutic activities, with the intention of encouraging recognition, communication, and processing of grief feelings so we can learn to move through the world despite our burden. This is a free maternal mental health advocacy program for local mothers that are struggling with postpartum depression, lack of community support and accessible resources called Empowered Mothers. NWR has communicated with over 60 local mothers and they have all expressed a demand for this educational and empowering program and the desperate need of support for their mental, emotional, and social well being. The objective of the Empowered Mothers program is to help all mothers with mental and emotional resources and support to increase mothers’ sense of belonging, self-esteem, safety, and overall confidence in the way they parent their children.
Our goal is to empower and educate guests to access support and resources to increase their mental health well-being by meeting monthly and providing a safe atmosphere for all humans to share insights and strategies to strengthen and adapt healthy coping skills. If you have attended any of our mental wellness meetups please take our survey above so we can further enhance our meetups to better support our community!
Tatiana, NWR’s executive director and founder, facilitates the Mental Wellness Meet-ups along with many other local friends. Tatiana was featured on Above Ground Podcast (AGP) with Will Foley and Tim Parent. Listen to their honest conversation about mental health, self-love, and skateboarding.
