Life offers us diverse experiences, some of which result in psycho-emotional wounds that can stay trapped in our bodies for decades unless we heal them. Often times when we get hurt, we try to distance ourselves from the pain and bury it as deep as possible. However, unhealed wounds keep us in a cycle of reliving the traumatic past events.

If you feel the desire to soften the painful charge of your past experiences and bring healing to the wounded parts of yourself, then I invite you to join me for this presentation on the basics of psycho-emotional wellbeing.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to an empowering practice called Psychosomatic Journey® and learn about the essential elements that support the process of healing. The purpose of this practice is to recover a sense of inner wholeness and peace by befriending and healing the parts of ourselves that have been hurt, neglected, silenced, and betrayed.

By the end of this presentation, you will be familiar with the necessary steps on how to create an alternative experience of the painful past event that promotes a sense of resolution, healing, and supports the release of heavy emotions trapped in the body.

We will be practicing social distancing. Wear a mask. We have sanitizer and extra masks if applicable.
