Educational and empowering workshop to enhance your visualization capabilities while meditating and setting your goals!
We will learn how to use visualization to embrace your own meditative state and actively create future simulations that can help you improve the goals that you set for yourself.
This workshop will build your confidence and help focus on other feelings and sense than just eye sight for visualization while using your imagination during meditation. We will also be conducting a meditation during this workshop to strengthen these qualities.
Visualization, on its own, involves picturing in your mind the outcome of something before it's happened, whether that's a task or opportunity at hand — such as getting on stage to speak before a large audience — or a sport about to be played.
Your brain is constantly using visualization in the process of simulating future experiences, but this process happens so naturally that you generally aren't even aware of it, the same way you usually aren't aware that you are breathing.
We will be explore visualization techniques and tips to empower us to embrace our visualization with not just our eyesight but our intuition, third-eye and much more!
