Planting and Painting with intention

  • Noteworthy Center 930 Broadway, Suite 1 Albany, NY 12207 USA (map)

Painting with intention is a wellness workshop where we embrace creation of all. Participants should expect to tap into their inner child as we will be dreaming big while doing some introspection. The initial run down is everyone will get a 3.5 inch flower pot to paint, biodegradable paper to journal/manifest on, seeds of choice, soil, and all other supplies necessary will be provided. I’ll talk about manifesting (goal setting and habit/action taking) briefly. We will be planting the paper into the soil.

Limited seating!!
