BIPOC Community Doula Meet Up 

This meet up is Hosted by BirthNet NY, to help BIPOC doulas around the area build community and complete requirements for doula certification or learn about the latest evidence based research / practices in maternity. 

Each month classes will be held by midwives, RNs, lactation, consultants, and Doula’s.

Cost for each class is donation-based. Please pay what you can afford, whether it’s $1 or $10 every little bit counts. This helps pay it forward for other BIPOC community members to become Doulas. One of Birthnet’s top priorities is to support and increase birthing outcomes in BIPOC communities across tye capital region but specifically throughout Albany County.

Class size can not exceed 25 ( including babes on hips -that need to be on a feeding schedule)
