With a large amount of local people that struggle with anxiety and overthinking these empowering techniques will bring a different way to slow down the process and bring in more mindfulness practices.

Local artist, Tanner Damico, is facilitaing a FREE 6-week art courses introducing mindfulness and art to participants of all ages to strengthen participant's creative skills and holistic wellness.

The course is designed to provide emotional, energetic and logistical approaches to assist the artist in developing their best work.

Tanner plans on sharing useful tricks to help participants get more control of their mind and get better at using their creative muscles.

Towards the end of the 6 week course, all participants will be working together to create their own community mural at Noteworthy Center for everyone to admire!
