Painting on the Gogh: Planting and painting with intention is a wellness workshop where we combine art, goal setting, and nature to grow, whether it surrounds a spiritual ,mental, and or emotional matter. Participants will tap into their inner child as we will be dreaming big with goals while doing some introspection and looking deeper into our habits.
The initial run down is everyone will get a 3.5 inch flower pot to paint, biodegradable paper to journal/manifest on, seeds of choice, soil, and all other supplies necessary will be provided. I’ll talk about manifesting(goal setting and habit/action taking) briefly. We will be planting the paper into the soil, allowing our seeds to grow together. As we water our plant weekly it serves as a reminder of how we too need to be watered- and take action with the personal intentions we planted with our seeds.
Goals
Increase mindfulness-I hope for our guests to leave more present and mindful of how we interact with ourselves through daily life making wise choices. When we are mindful of our habitual actions we are better able to identify which ones are supporting our growth and vision or not, creating stronger foundations.
Connect Through Creativity-Being creative is a way to express what kind of human soul you are, what you love, and what shaped you. This all aids to us being able to feel seen, heard, and understood more, creating a shared experience. This allows us the potential to learn from one another, bond with ourselves, de stress, and/or get into a state of flow.
Boost Confidence-I hope to empower others to never give up on feeding habits that will align you towards the soul you wish to be and become. No matter how slow or big or small the steps to achieve it are. If a plant grows 1% daily and reaches its full potential so can we!Tiny steps, noteworthy changes.
Bryanna’s goal as an Instructor is to be a guide and inspire self expression through the arts.

Itinerary Summary
Everyone gets a flower pot, a packet of seeds, a bag of soil, a cup of water, a pencil or pen and biodegradable paper for the flower pots. Everyone can get 2 to 5 colors of choice for paint.
The first step is to write manifestations on the biodegradable paper after briefly talking about what manifesting is and how we do it in our everyday lives.
The second step is to paint the flower pot. We want to surround our pots with things we love, ask questions to ourselves like what do we want our home to look like, what color is my influence or emotion or character that best matches and aligns with our manifestations.
Artist Biography
Hi, I’m Bryanna Annabella Catucci, painter and creative arts instructor . It wasn’t until 2014 when my parents separated and depression kicked into turbo that I began teaching myself how to paint daily. From sharpie tattooing to working with oil, watercolor, acrylic paint and more, I always found myself enthralled with bringing life to a blank slate.
I worked as a Preschool teacher for three years where I received a closer look at the importance of self expression, shaping me to become the guide and inspiration I embody today for my community. In 2020 I became aware my art practice had become a meditative and therapeutic outlet, since then allowing my passion to drive me to make creative practices available for all. Previously instructing at an open art studio in Scotia, NY, I am now operating as a freelance artist, Painting on the ‘Gogh’, hosting paint and sips, wellness and creative workshops, and soon- to-be mural artist in the capital region.
