Self-Love Meditation is about the most important love. Expect to spend some time admiring, showing gratitude and loving yourself.
The intention is To provide a safe space to people to connect with their inner self and find clarity. The workshop is a guided meditation with sound healing and intervals of journaling.
Refreshments will be provided. You can bring your favorite journal and yoga mat, materials will also be available. $10 donation to join.
