We are a small nonprofit doing big things in our community and we cannot do it alone!
We are seeking individuals who are just as passionate about serving our community as we are, who’s values align with our mission, reliable and supportive with resources.
**We are specifically in need of board members who are experienced as a CPA, nonprofit work, legal aid/ attorneys, and mental health professionals.
Our door is always open to skilled individuals whose passions align with our mission to further support our community and to level up. We are value individuals who are resourceful, compassionate, driven, experienced with nonprofit efforts, respectful, and reliable to be our committee member and/or board member.
Board members have a fiduciary responsibility to the administration of the organization and meets bi-weekly basis (frequency of meetings will change to monthly then quarterly once structure is in place). Board members donate their time and efforts to strengthen the organization.
Committee members support the organization’s mission and help strengthen outreach to the community, fundraising opportunities, marketing programs, data collection, and spreading the word out about NWR’s services and programs; meets biweekly or monthly basis. Committee members are volunteers and can eventually become employees in the future.
