This month’s topic/activity: Benefits of Journaling; activity: Week reflection
Monthly we host this mental wellness group to build upon our strengths as community members and provide resources and support. This meet-up provides a safe space to become comfortable around others regarding our mental wellness. It's very powerful when you see others in the group who are further along their road to recovery and who have made great strides toward having happier and healthier lives. It empowers, encourages and educates up to share insights and strategies to strengthen and adapt healthy coping skills.
Our mental wellness is just as important and critical to care for as our physical health. All are free to express themselves so we can help one another.
