Gratefulness Guided Meditation

Gratefulness workshop is a guided meditation class with the intention of cultivate an attitude of gratitude. To take a time to ground, be present, disconnect to connect with yourself. In this class we will meditate and journal. All participants are welcome to bring their own journal.

Ashley Ann guides you in a meditation to cultivate feelings of appreciation for the things we normally take for granted. Feeling gratitude on a regular basis is good for us: our stress hormones decrease and our sense of well-being increases. But how to feel grateful, just like that?

Truth is, we can always connect with our innate capacity to feel grateful, it just takes some practice. So you can experience for yourself that you have it in you to feel grateful whenever you want.

1 hour of guided meditation and journaling.
