This is a chance to cultivate community. The meet up will open with announcements from the group, our intention and upcoming opportunities. The host will share with us about their space/business/offerings. Then we will have a short presentation/experience led by a guest expert (TBD) . We will have time to meet & greet at the end.

Coming through this pandemic one thing has become clear to me as a holistic health professional...it is high time the wellness community comes together to support each other to lay new foundations for our field moving forward. It is my belief that being together in community we can serve better and be more fulfilled. The old strive-on-your-own model led many skilled helpers to burnout and exhaustion.

We believe the new model needs to be one of community, collaboration, co-creation and support. Target audience is anyone who aligns with being a Holistic Health Professional in the Capital Region of NY.

Host’s brief bio: Jessie Lucas is a certified yoga teacher & personal trainer. She is the founder of Embodied Movement® an approach to whole health that integrates body awareness, emotional intelligence and mental health. She holds a masters degree in Health Arts and Science and has been working in health and fitness since 2003. In 2022 Jessie founded the Capital Region Holistic Health Professionals collaborative following a desire to help the helpers revitalize themselves and their work after the trials of staying open during covid. She is passionate about sustainable personal health and sustainable professional practices.
