3rd Part of our Chakas 101 Workshop series we will be focusing on the 3rd/Solar Plexus Chakra. This workshop is equally valuable for anyone who wants to heal blockages of their Sacral chakra so they can create harmony in their lives.

-How to balance and heal our Solar Plexus chakra
-Learning about the signs & symptoms of having a blocked or imbalanced Solar Plexus chakra

-Techniques to embrace our Solar Plexus chakra
-Increase awareness of how this energy center interacts & effects our health & organs in this area of our body
-Developing our sensitivity (aka awareness) to ourselves and what we are experiencing & more!!
