This workshop isn’t necessarily about sex, it is about embracing yourself- your WHOLE self! Guests will distinguish between your own personal truths about sexuality and the distorted views we’ve inherited from our culture. We will learn tips about the small things you can do to feel comfortable in your own skin, and the small things you can do to reignite a spark in a long-term relationship.

We will be using Google Hangouts as our virtual learning platform. Noteworthy provides a safe & supportive space in time where community members can connect to network, learn and empower with like-individuals.

We are not the labels people put on us. We should not feel shame for feeling sexy, aroused and wanting pleasure. Sexuality is an organic, normal, physical, and emotional function of human life. And women are capable of sexual function and pleasure throughout their entire lives. Sex is one of the most natural things to humanity. It’s realistic and entirely possible to create the sex life of your dreams, one that includes nurturing, intimacy, love, passion, and a spiritual connection—if that’s what you desire.

Join us for our first Sex Ed Empowerment Workshop!! We look forward to hosting a many more of these workshops to empower and educate our community. If you have any questions, email us!
