Welcome to our Chakra Workshop Series - this is our fourth workshop in the series focusing on the Root Chakra. Prior to this workshop we explored the heart chakra (compassion, love & forgiveness), solar plexus chakra (confidence, personal power & vitality), & sacral chakra (sensuality, emotions, feminine energy & creativity).
During the workshop we will focus on :
-Learning about the root chakra energy center of our body
-How to balance and heal our root chakra
-Learning about the signs & symptoms of having a blocked or imbalanced root chakra
-What foods, exercise, crystals & etc. that can help balance and unblock our chakra
-Techniques to embrace our root chakra
-Increase awareness of how this energy center interacts & effects our health & organs in this area of our body
-Developing our sensitivity (aka awareness) to ourselves and what we are experiencing & more!!
This workshop is equally valuable for anyone who wants to heal blockages of their root chakra so they can create harmony in their lives.
