Topic of this month's meeting is about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) have a tremendous impact on future violence victimization and perpetration, and lifelong health and opportunity. Working together, we can help create neighborhoods, communities, and a world in which every child can thrive. Learn more about coping strategies and preventing ACEs in your community by assuring safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments.
This meet-up provides a safe place to become comfortable around others regarding our mental wellness. It's very powerful when you see others in the group who are further along their road to recovery and who have made great strides toward having happier and healthier lives. It empowers, encourages and educates up to share insights and strategies to strengthen and adapt healthy coping skills.
EMBRACE YOUR MENTAL WELLNESS, NETWORK WITH OTHERS, AND EMPOWER OURSELVES!
