This month's topic focuses on experiences, stories and struggles of PTSD & C-PTSD.
MHHH is a safe and supportive environment that is designed for all individuals who live in the Capital Region area who are willing to connect with others to receive educational elements of all the components of the mental health, reducing the stigma, and to give individuals a sense of belonging in their community. NWR provides coffee and snacks as well! It is essential to spread awareness in our community, this support group will educate those who want to learn more about the aspects of certain diagnoses such as autism spectrum, anxiety, depression, and etc.
New comers welcome!! No, there is no alcohol present. Happy hours shouldn't be subjected to self-medicating.
Teens are encouraged to attend!
Every first Wednesday of each month there will be a new topic to discuss, learn more about and share of stories about our journey in life.
Email noteworthyresourcesalbany@gmail.com to stay in touch with the recent topics of the month, RSVP and if you would like to be apart of this group as a guest speaker!
By learning about these diagnoses it will suppress the stigmas surrounding them and will give individuals the help they need to evolve so they can live a happy and healthy life.
